Software Engineer
The position within the R&D team primarily involves the development of software for new products, and the maintenance of code for existing products. 

Software development for real-time embedded systems in C and Assembler is essential.  Previous exposure to Freescale HC12 and ARM family processors would be highly beneficial.  Experience of PC application development in Visual BASIC, Visual C and/or C#  is also desirable.  A knowledge of Vector CAN tools, and automotive diagnostics, together with MISRA guidelines would be advantageous. 

An understanding of hardware design, including sensor interfacing and wireless communication using the 2.4GHz frequency bands is beneficial.  The successful applicant will ideally be a graduate in software or electronic / systems engineering and must have experience of small system ECU and top-level software design
